Press “Send Service
Books”.
The screen above appears
if Service Books were
successfully sent.
Press “OK”.
● What are service books?
Service books are data files containing information about your BlackBerry Internet Service
settings. Send the service books if you have problems such as not being able to receive email
correctly on your BlackBerry device and not displaying email icon.
If problems aren’t resolved after sending service books, contact docomo Information Center.
Confirm that the icon for the
email address you are setting
up appears on the Home
screen.
If the icon does not
appear, please next
instructions at “Sending
service books”.
