Press “Service Books”. Press “Send Service

Books”.

● What are service books?

Service books are data files containing information about your BlackBerry Internet Service settings.

Send the service books if you have problems such as not being able to receive email correctly on your

BlackBerry device.

If problems aren’t resolved after sending service books, contact docomo Information Center.

If the icon does not appear,

please follow the

instructions at “Sending

service books” on P.28.

Confirm that the icon for the

email address you are

setting up appears on the

Home screen.

What are switching devices ?

This section explains how to transfer BlackBerry Internet Service settings from your old BlackBerry

device to your new BlackBerry device. Execute these steps on your new device. Please note that you

will not be able to send/receive emails using your new device until you complete this operation.

Enter the password of your

email address.

Press “Activate”.

Enter the current

“BlackBerry ID Username”

and “BlackBerry ID

Password”. Press “Sign In”.

Press “Continue”.

If you have more than one

email account, enter the

appropriate passwords for

each of them.

If you have more than

one email account, the

service book will be sent

to all of them.

Press “Close” to finish the

procedure.
