Section 6: Getting Started with TeleNav

Track

Now that you have installed TeleNav Track on your BlackBerry, read this section for help on

logging into the application for the first time and getting started with the basic features of

TeleNav Track.

6.1 Login to TeleNav Track

1 Verify that the BlackBerry has signal

strength.

2 Select TeleNav Track from the

Applications menu and click the trackball.

3 If the GPS privacy control of your

BlackBerry is set to “By Permission,” you

will have to grant TeleNav Track access

to use the GPS location information.

After you launch TeleNav Track, an alert

similar to the following appears.

4 Check the “Don’t ask again” box and

then choose Yes. This allows TeleNav

Track to access GPS data, and this pop-

up will not appear again unless you

change the GPS privacy setting.

NOTE:

GPS Privacy controls only apply to

devices that have internal GPS.
