Panels: Are essentially the gauge for the Ad-Inventory that is included in the Panel.

Panels represent the amount of revenue a person can earn from their Ad Inventory.

We have 6 Panels which represent our six bundles of Ad-Inventory. They are as

follows:

Note: For a Panel to generate revenue it must first be qualified.

Ad-Inventory represented by Panels is like rented space on a website. You rent your Ad-

Inventory through the space on Publisher sites across our network. The term of the lease

for the space is based on the Panel you own. Once that Panel has reached its revenue cap

your lease for that space is over. The Company still keeps earning revenue, which always

allows us to stay profitable. That space maybe leased again by another customer at a later

date.

IMPRESSION BANK: The impression Bank is the amount of impressions that you have

purchased to advertise your banners. The Impression Bank should not be confused with

the Traffic Bank.

3.1. How can an Active Member Qualify Panels in Version 2

Qualifying Panels: Means you need enough traffic hits on a particular Panel for it to start

earning revenue. Each Colour Panel has a set amount of traffic hits it needs to begin

earning revenue (see above)

There are 3 Ways to qualify a Panel, as follows.

 Direct Referrals (Persons that you introduce) Every time you refer a customer who

makes a purchase. (It takes 2 referrals per panel to produce traffic hits for the Panel

to be qualified).

 Buying Traffic Packs

 Organic Traffic: Sending traffic to specific sites we suggest. You can do this by

advertising on your own social media, word of mouth or any other way you choose

to drive traffic.

Every hit counts as traffic hit for you and will be added to your traffic bank.
