Phone screen customization
You can customize the phone screens on a BlackBerry® device to display content about a caller by using the PhoneScreen
class that is provided in the net.rim.blackberry.api.phone.phonegui package. For example, you can display content
that is provided by your CRM application about a customer.
The device displays the content on the lower part of the phone screen. If the device has multiple applications that can provide
information about a caller, the device displays content from an application for approximately two seconds before displaying
content from the next application.
